Do I need to be technical?
No. You’re mapping a team and designing an org chart, not writing code. If you’ve ever hired or thought about hiring, you can do this.
When does it run?
April 14, 15, and 16. 12pm Eastern. One hour each day. Replays go out within 12 hours of every session.
What if I can’t make a session live?
Replays are included on both tiers. Standard gets you 14 days of replay access. VIP gets you lifetime access plus a bonus group hot seat session you can’t get any other way.
What do I walk away with after 3 days?
