This Cookie Policy explains how IzzyOS LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company ("IzzyOS," "we," "us," or "our"), uses cookies and similar technologies on izzyos.com, app.izzyos.com, our funnels and pages, and our software platform (the "Services"). It is part of our Privacy Policy.
1. What These Technologies Are
Cookies are small text files stored by your browser. Similar technologies include local storage, pixels, tags, and scripts. We call them all "cookies" here.
2. Cookies We Use
Strictly necessary. Keep you logged in to app.izzyos.com, secure your session, prevent fraud and spam on forms, and process checkouts. These cannot be switched off in the Services.
Preferences. Remember your choice of dark or light mode (stored in your browser as "izzyos-theme").
First-party analytics. A random visitor ID stored in your browser ("izzy_vid") lets us count page views, and measure clicks and scroll depth (heatmaps), so we can see which pages work and fix problems. This data stays with us.
Attribution. A first-party cookie ("izzy_attr") remembers the campaign link, ad, or referral that brought you (for example UTM tags) for up to 90 days, so we can credit the right campaign or referrer when you sign up or buy.
Third-party cookies and pixels
Advertising. Our own website and funnels use the Meta Pixel (Facebook and Instagram) and the OpenAI advertising pixel to measure our ads and show our ads to people who visited us. These platforms may set their own cookies and receive information such as your IP address, device, pages viewed, and actions like signing up or buying. Their use of that information is governed by their own privacy policies.
Embedded services. Payment checkouts, scheduling tools, video players, and chat may set their own cookies when you use them.
3. Our Customers' Pages
Platform customers who publish pages through IzzyOS may add their own pixels and tags (such as Meta, Google, or TikTok). Those are placed at the customer's direction, and the customer's own privacy and cookie policies apply.
4. How Long Cookies Last
Session cookies are deleted when you close your browser. Persistent cookies and local storage remain until they expire or you delete them: our attribution cookie lasts 90 days, and advertising cookies set by ad platforms generally last up to two years.
5. Your Choices
- Browser settings: you can block or delete cookies and local storage in your browser. Blocking strictly necessary cookies may stop parts of the Services from working.
- Ad platform settings: you can change your ad preferences in your Meta and other ad accounts.
- Industry opt-outs: the Digital Advertising Alliance (optout.aboutads.info) and the Network Advertising Initiative (optout.networkadvertising.org).
- Do Not Sell or Share: email privacy@izzyos.com with the subject "Do Not Sell or Share" to opt out of sharing for targeted advertising, as described in our Privacy Policy.
You can change or withdraw any of these choices at any time.
6. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Cookie Policy as our tools change. We will post the new version with a new "Last updated" date.
