IzzyOS LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company ("IzzyOS," "we," "us," or "our"), follows the Federal Trade Commission's Guides Concerning the Use of Endorsements and Testimonials in Advertising (16 CFR Part 255) and its Rule on the Use of Consumer Reviews and Testimonials (16 CFR Part 465). This disclosure is part of our Terms of Service.

1. Material Connections

We may have a financial or other material connection to people, products, and companies we mention. That can include affiliate commissions, referral fees, partner revenue share, free access, discounts, gifts, sponsorships, or a business relationship. When a connection exists, assume we may benefit if you buy through our links or recommendations.

2. Affiliate and Referral Links

Some links in our website, emails, social media, events, and AI-generated content are affiliate or referral links. If you buy through them, we may earn a commission at no extra cost to you. We recommend only products and services we believe are useful, and our opinions are our own.

3. Our Partners and Referrers

Partners, affiliates, and customers who refer others to IzzyOS may earn a commission, credit, or revenue share. Anyone who promotes IzzyOS must clearly disclose that relationship every time, close to the claim, in words people understand (for example "I earn a commission if you buy"). Partners may not make income claims or promises about IzzyOS that are not in our own published materials. We may end a partner relationship and withhold unpaid commissions for undisclosed or misleading promotion.

4. Testimonials and Endorsements

Testimonials reflect the real, honest experience of the person giving them. If that person received anything of value (such as free or discounted access, a gift, payment, or a referral commission), or is an employee, contractor, client, partner, or relative, we disclose that connection.

Reviews

We do not buy reviews, write fake reviews, use reviews from people who did not use the product, or suppress honest negative reviews.

5. Results Are Not Typical

Results described in testimonials, case studies, and our founder's own story are individual and not typical. They reflect that person's skills, effort, offer, audience, market, and timing. You may get different results, including no financial return. See our Earnings Disclaimer.

6. AI-Generated Content and Voices

Some content, images, voices, and messages we publish or send are created with AI. We do not use AI to fabricate testimonials, to impersonate real people without their permission, or to present a fictional person as a real customer.

7. Sponsored Content

When we are paid or receive something of value to feature a product, service, or company, we identify it as sponsored or as an advertisement.

Free products and gifts

If we receive a product, service, early access, or gift for free, we say so when we talk about it.

8. Customers Using IzzyOS

If you use IzzyOS to publish testimonials, reviews, endorsements, or income claims about your own business, you are responsible for following FTC rules and similar laws, including disclosing material connections and having proof for every claim.
