Meet Monica Woodman
Monica Woodman wears two hats, and they feed each other. As a licensed Seniors Real Estate Specialist® (SRES®) with Keller Williams Greater Metropolitan, she helps seniors and their adult children navigate property decisions—selling and downsizing, right-sizing into something smaller, or relocating. Then, as founder of Butterfly Guides, she continues the journey as a Senior Housing Navigator, guiding families through the care decision: independent living, assisted living, memory care, skilled nursing, or continuing care retirement communities. These aren't referrals. They're sequential phases of the same client relationship. Monica closes the real estate transaction with trust and expertise, then naturally continues as the guide into care. The real estate deal is the trust anchor; the placement is the natural continuation. Monica also hosts the Butterfly Guides podcast, where she interviews families, care community leaders, and fellow professionals about the realities of senior housing transitions—the decisions, the emotions, and the practical steps that make a difference.
