AI Disclosure Statement

Why we tell you this
IzzyOS LLC uses artificial intelligence to help serve you better. We believe you have the right to know when you are interacting with AI and when content you see was created by AI. This statement explains where and how we use AI in our business.
This statement is written with these laws in mind: the EU AI Act (Regulation 2024/1689), California Bot Disclosure Law (Business and Professions Code sections 17940 to 17943), Utah Artificial Intelligence Policy Act (Utah Code 13-2-12), Colorado AI Act (SB 24-205), the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (47 U.S.C. 227), and the Federal Trade Commission Act. We disclose our AI use because the law asks for it and because it is the right thing to do.
When you are talking to AI
Our AI assistant, Kai, may respond to you through the following channels:
- Chat on our website
- Text messages (SMS)
- WhatsApp messages
- Direct messages on social media platforms
- Email replies
- Phone calls
When Kai answers you, it identifies itself as an AI assistant at the start of the conversation. If you ask whether you are talking to AI at any point, Kai will confirm that it is an AI assistant. Kai is designed to help answer your questions, provide information about our services, and assist with your account.
Talking to a person
You can always reach a human member of our team by emailing support@izzyos.com. A person will read your message and respond to you directly.
Calls with our AI assistant
When you speak with Kai by phone, the voice you hear is AI-generated. All calls with Kai are recorded and transcribed. Kai tells you at the beginning of the call that you are speaking with an AI assistant and that the call is recorded.
If you prefer to deal with a person instead, email support@izzyos.com and a person will answer.
AI-generated images, video and voices
When we create or use realistic images, videos or voices of people using AI, we label them clearly as AI-generated. You will see "AI-generated" or similar language in captions, descriptions or overlays on the content itself. Where the file format supports it, we also embed machine-readable metadata marking the content as AI-generated.
On social media platforms, we use each platform's built-in AI content labels when we post AI-generated images or video.
We provide the same disclosure tools to our customers. When you use IzzyOS LLC to build your own AI assistant or create AI content for your business, the system requires that your AI assistant identifies itself as AI, that AI-generated images and videos of people are labeled, and that AI voice calls state they are recorded at the start.
AI-assisted writing
Some of the text you read on our website, in our emails, and in materials we provide to you may be written with the help of AI tools. We are responsible for everything we publish or send, whether or not AI helped write it.
What AI does not decide
We do not let AI alone make a decision about you that has legal effects or similarly significant effects on you. A person makes the final decision on billing disputes, refund requests, and legal claims or complaints.
AI can make mistakes
AI is a powerful tool, but it is not perfect. Kai can make mistakes, misunderstand your question, or provide information that is incomplete or incorrect. Do not rely on AI responses for important decisions without confirming the information with a person.
If Kai gives you an answer that seems wrong or does not make sense, please email support@izzyos.com and let us know. We look into every report of a wrong AI answer.
For important matters such as billing questions, contract terms, legal rights, or technical problems with your account, we recommend confirming the information with our human support team.
Your information and AI
When you interact with Kai, your conversation data is processed by AI model providers, such as Anthropic and OpenAI, to generate responses, and by our text, email and voice call providers to deliver them.
Our Privacy Policy explains in detail:
- What personal information we collect when you use our services
- How we use your information, including how AI processes it
- Which third-party providers receive your information and why
- Your rights regarding your personal information, including rights under GDPR, CCPA and other privacy laws
- How to exercise your rights, including how to access, correct, delete or restrict the use of your information
Every provider that processes personal data for us is on our sub-processor list.
