Our commitment
IzzyOS wants the app, its pages and the funnels our customers publish to be usable by everyone, including people who use screen readers, keyboard navigation, captions and other assistive technology.
Accessibility is a continuous effort, not a checkbox. We fix what we find and disclose what we have not fixed yet.
The standard we work toward
IzzyOS is working toward conformance with WCAG 2.2 Level AA. We do not claim full conformance today. The frameworks this follows are:
- WCAG 2.2 Level AA (the substantive standard)
- ADA Title III (US), referenced via WCAG
- European Accessibility Act, in force June 28, 2025
- EN 301 549, the European technical standard
- Section 508, applicable if IzzyOS is sold to US federal customers
What we do
We check pages when we change them and fix accessibility problems as we find them. We do not use accessibility overlay widgets. These products are rejected by disability advocacy organizations and have not been held to shield operators from legal exposure. Real accessibility is part of the product, not bolted on.
Known limits
Some content may not yet be fully accessible. We disclose known gaps rather than hide them. Current issues we are actively fixing:
- Funnel pages generated by AI may contain images without alt text. The alt-text rollout is in progress.
- Auto-generated video captions on some media surfaces are not yet universal. Caption support across rendered video is in progress.
- Screen reader support in the chatbot widget is partial. Improvements are scheduled alongside the next widget update.
- Some older components use muted tertiary text that does not meet AA contrast on dark backgrounds. The design token has been raised and component updates are underway.
Third-party tools we embed, such as payment checkouts and scheduling widgets, are run by their providers and may have their own limits.
Report a barrier
If something on IzzyOS is unusable with assistive technology, or you have a specific barrier to report, email support@izzyos.com with the page and the problem. We respond within two business days and will work with you on a workaround while we fix the underlying issue.
If you have tried us and did not get a resolution, you can contact the relevant supervisory authority in your jurisdiction (for example, the US Department of Justice for ADA complaints, or your national enforcement body under the EAA).
Other ways to get help
If you cannot use a page, call (307) 522-1176 and we will give you the same information or help another way.
