These Terms govern your use of Cambridge Puppy Training's website, funnels, booking pages, digital materials, and puppy-training services. By using them, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

Services and bookings

Service descriptions, prices, duration, location, availability, and included deliverables are the terms shown when you book or purchase, together with any written service agreement. You agree to provide accurate contact, scheduling, puppy, health, behavior, and safety information that is relevant to the service.

Cancellation, rescheduling, refund, and payment terms are those presented at booking or purchase or agreed with Cambridge Puppy Training in writing. Contact us promptly if you need to change an appointment.

Puppy and participant safety

Training outcomes depend on the puppy, household, health, environment, consistency, and other factors. You remain responsible for your puppy's supervision, care, veterinary needs, legal requirements, and the safety of people and animals. Tell us before service about known aggression, bite history, medical conditions, medications, contagious illness, or other material risks. We may pause or modify a service when reasonably necessary for safety.

No guaranteed outcome

We provide professional training guidance and services, but we cannot guarantee a specific behavioral result or completion date. Educational materials are general information and do not replace veterinary advice. Contact a qualified veterinarian for medical concerns.

Communications

Submitting a form does not remove your right to opt out of marketing communications. Use the unsubscribe link in an email or reply STOP to a text message. Transactional messages needed to manage a booking or provide a purchased service may still be sent where permitted by law.

Acceptable use

You may not misuse the website, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, submit unlawful or harmful material, impersonate another person, or use our content in violation of law.

Intellectual property

Cambridge Puppy Training's original website content, guides, training materials, branding, and methods are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You may use materials provided to you for your personal, noncommercial use unless we agree otherwise in writing.

Third-party services and links

Our services may use third-party booking, payment, hosting, communications, or analytics providers. Their own terms and privacy practices may apply when you use their services.

Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Cambridge Puppy Training is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from use of the website or services. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Ontario and the applicable federal laws of Canada, without limiting any mandatory consumer rights that apply to you.

Changes

We may update these Terms as our services or legal obligations change. The date above shows the latest revision. Material changes apply prospectively unless applicable law requires otherwise.
