What you'll walk away with
Not theory. Not slides. The exact org chart, hires, and handoffs you'll need to run by Friday afternoon.
-
✓The AI Teams org chart — which AI roles to hire first, which human leader they sit under, and how work flows between them.
-
✓Your first 3 AI hires, built live — by end of Day 2 you'll have working AI employees handling real execution, not demos.
-
✓The execution handoff system — exactly how your 10 humans delegate to AI teams without rework, missed context, or "AI got it wrong" cleanup.
-
✓A 30-day rollout plan — what to ship Week 1, Week 2, Week 3, Week 4 so adoption sticks and your team actually uses what you build.
The schedule
Each day ends with you having shipped something. No "take notes and try this later."
The org chart your team has been missing
Map your current team of 10 against the work that's bottlenecked. Identify the 3 highest-leverage AI roles to hire first. Leave Day 1 with your AI Teams org chart drawn.
Build your first 3 AI employees — live
We build together, on screen. By the end of session, you have 3 working AI hires producing real output under 3 of your human leaders. Not toy demos — actual execution.
Handoff systems + the 30-day rollout
How humans delegate to AI without losing context. How AI passes work back up cleanly. Your 30-day plan to scale from 3 AI hires to a full workforce — week by week.
Plus, when you join you also get:
AI Teams Org Chart Template
The exact org chart we use with clients — every AI role, who they report to, and the order to hire them in.
Implementation Checklist
Step-by-step playbook for building your first AI team — what to do Day 1, Week 1, Month 1.
48-hour replay access
Miss a session? Replays are live for 48 hours after each day. Watch, catch up, ship anyway.
Live Q&A on Day 3
Bring your team's specific bottleneck. We work through it on the call — your actual org, your actual work.
Who this is for
Perfect fit if you:
- ✓Run a team of around 10 — brilliant people, but execution can't keep up with the work
- ✓Are already generating real revenue and want to scale output without adding more headcount
- ✓Watch projects that should take a week drag into a month because everyone's bottlenecked
- ✓Believe AI is real, want to deploy it across your business, but don't know where to start
Skip this if you:
- ✕Are pre-revenue or solo — you need a different play first. Come back when you have a team to leverage.
- ✕Want a "set it and forget it" magic button. AI teams take real setup — 3 days of work to install years of leverage.
- ✕Aren't willing to show up live. The whole point is building together — replays are backup, not the plan.
What you're probably wondering
"I can't afford another platform right now."
This isn't about buying another platform. This is the 3 days where you decide whether AI teams are worth building into your business at all — using tools you likely already pay for. If at the end you decide it's not for you, you've spent $97 and gotten a fully refundable look at what actually works.
"My team won't adopt AI. They're already overwhelmed."
The reason most teams don't adopt AI is because it gets dropped on them as one more thing to learn. The org chart approach is the opposite — AI gets hired UNDER your existing leaders. Your team doesn't learn AI. Your team delegates to AI, the same way they already delegate to humans. Adoption stops being a fight.
"What if AI gets things wrong and we have to clean up after it?"
This is the right concern, and it's the whole reason Day 3 exists. The handoff system isn't optional — it's the difference between AI teams that ship clean work and AI teams that create more rework. We build the QA layer, the human-checkpoint moments, and the escalation paths so your team only gets pinged when it actually matters.
Isabella Bedoya
Since early 2023, I've been in the trenches helping businesses adopt AI. I was among the first to introduce the concept of building "AI employees" into real businesses back in October 2023, and have generated $1.3M implementing AI agents into businesses. Featured in Forbes and HubSpot — but more importantly, I've seen what actually works in the field.
Quick questions
What if I can't make a session live?
Replays are available for 48 hours after each session. The live Q&A on Day 3 is where the most specific work happens though — make that one if you can.
What tools do I need before Day 1?
A Zoom account and access to whatever tools your team already runs in. We'll work with what you have — no required new subscriptions to participate.
Should I bring my team to the bootcamp?
The ticket is for one seat, but if you want to bring 2-3 of your leaders so you can divide and conquer the build on Day 2, reach out and we'll work it out.
How long is each session?
Day 1: 90 minutes. Day 2: 120 minutes (we're building live, that takes time). Day 3: 90 minutes + Q&A. Block 2 hours per day on your calendar to be safe.
Is there a refund if it's not for me?
Yes — 30 days, full refund, no questions on the "why". If you don't see a clear path to 10X your team capacity after the bootcamp, email us and you get your $97 back.
Show up, or get your money back
30-day, 100% refund. If you go through the 3 days and don't see a clear path to 10X your team's capacity, email us. Full refund, no questions on the "why".
